Design by Splash started in a bright home office right here in Carroll County, MD. While raising my kids, I began designing websites for local businesses who just needed a little help getting online. But this quickly became a calling. I saw how the right mix of design, copy, and strategy online could completely change a business’s future.

I grew up watching my parents run a flower shop, they were full of creativity but without real marketing tools. Years later, I helped them reach page one of for “wedding florists” on Google, and that’s when I knew: helping small businesses grow is my passion.
