Add an image to your post or page
There are multiple ways to add new photos. You can start out by adding 1 or all your photos to the media library as in the above photo.
Then go to your page or post. You can choose where in the text you want your photo to appear or just go to an empty space.
You can click the + sign and choose image. Then it will allow you to upload your image or find it already in the media library.
OR
Click the blue + button at the top and then choose Media button at the top of the editor. You can scroll down to see the media library. Then you can choose the photo in the Media library or upload your file. IF you choose upload, then upload and select the image and click Insert into post.
Align your image within the text- choose Align left, Align right or Align center
After your photo is placed in the text, then choose the toolbar icon as shown in the photo. Choose how to align it in your text.
Add a Featured Image to your post
When editing your post look at the far right sidebar column- choose “featured image” . Ensure you have selected the “post” tab and not the “block” tab or you can not see the featured image listed. Add your a featured image photo from the media library or upload it. This is so the listing will have a photo on the home page with your post title.
